Residential Care Leader — Drive Healing & Ofsted Excellence

Salford City Council’s Children’s Residential Service is seeking a compassionate Residential Registered Manager to lead our growing homes and drive high standards of care.

You will manage homes, embed therapeutic practices, ensure regulatory compliance to achieve Good/Outstanding Ofsted ratings, and recruit and develop a dedicated team.

The role is fixed-term for 12 months and requires a Level 5 Diploma (or willingness to work towards) with a proven leadership background in children’s homes.
