Senior Care Team Leader – Dementia & Residential Care

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to lead a team in delivering person‑centred care across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist settings in Lincoln.

You will supervise care plans, administer medications, and provide social and recreational activities to stimulate residents’ physical and mental well‑being. A Level 2 Diploma NVQ is expected, with commitment to Level 3 thereafter, and a compassionate, efficient approach.
