Data Centre Team Leader

Overview

In this role you lead a small team in Hoddesdon to sustain productive, compliant operations. You uphold SOPs, monitor daily performance, and coordinate with the Ops Manager to address queries and escalations. You mentor the team to improve performance and ensure SLAs are met, contributing to efficient facility operations. You’ll help shape a culture of reliability and continuous improvement within a global data and information management leader.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team and drive productivity while ensuring SOP compliance
• Investigate and resolve queries and anomalies, reporting to the Ops Manager
• Mentor and develop team members, address performance issues, and escalate as needed
• Provide timely feedback to the Ops Manager
• Maintain compliance within operations processes
• Assist with facility management and escalate issues as required
• Ensure productivity targets are met and manage underperforming team members to improve
• Ensure all SLAs are met on a daily basis
• Create daily work plans and assign tasks to team members
