Property Solicitor – Bristol – Hybrid

Overview

In this Bristol-based Property Solicitor role, you will handle a varied caseload across sales, leases, and land issues within a specialist team. You’ll work on transactions involving historic titles, charitable landholdings, and commercial property, contributing to a collaborative, supportive environment. The position offers development of niche expertise in a dynamic practice area and the chance to impact a diverse property portfolio. You will partner with colleagues across the property group to deliver technically robust solutions.

Responsibilities

• Managing land and building transactions, including sales, leases, and title creation
• Advising on boundaries, rights of way, and land ownership issues
• Drafting and negotiating leases, easements, and related documents
• Handling complex matters involving unregistered land and historic title investigation

Key requirements

• Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE
• Experience across commercial, residential, or rural property
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication
• Proactive approach and interest in developing specialist expertise
