Overview
In this role you will join a large Real Estate team in Bristol to handle a broad mix of commercial property matters, from development and landlord/tenant work to asset management and cross-department M&A for independent schools. You will work closely with clients and other professionals, contributing to the growth of the Real Estate practice in a supportive, collaborative culture. The position offers hybrid working with a minimum in-office presence and clear opportunities for progression. You’ll impact high-quality client service for diverse sectors, including charities and education.

Key requirements
- Qualified solicitor with Associate or Senior Associate level experience in commercial property
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Broad exposure to property work (specialist backgrounds also considered)
- Ideally some experience supervising colleagues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in managing matters independently
