Responsibilities

• Handle commercial property matters including development projects, acquisitions and disposals, and landlord-and-tenant work
• Act for developers, operators, funders and investors in property matters
• Support senior lawyers on complex transactions and manage your own caseload with supervision
• Draft and negotiate commercial property documentation
• Advise clients on strategic property issues
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development
