Children’s Home Manager – Lead Care & Safeguarding

First Steps Together Group in Merseyside is seeking a Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a residential home on-site. You will oversee care plans, safeguard children, and ensure high standards of regulatory compliance.

You will manage a multidisciplinary staff, supervise rotas, handle budgets, prepare for inspections, engage families and external agencies, and drive continuous improvement while keeping children at the centre of practice.
