Overview

In this Senior Financial Analyst role within the GTM FP&A team, you act as a trusted finance partner to commercial leaders to support planning, forecasting, and performance insights that drive growth. You collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to optimize resource allocation and strategic investments. You will influence decision-making through driver-based models, scenario analyses, and executive-ready reporting. This role blends analytical rigor with business partnership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM leadership to provide financial insights, decision support, and strategic recommendations
  • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for GTM investments (Opex, headcount, growth initiatives)
  • Build, maintain, and enhance driver-based financial models for forecasting and performance analysis
  • Monitor GTM performance metrics, identify risks/opportunities, and inform decisions
  • Lead month-end close activities (accruals, variance analysis, reporting, business reviews)
  • Perform scenario modeling and ad hoc analyses for initiatives and resource allocation
  • Develop executive-ready dashboards and reporting packages for monthly/quarterly reviews
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements across FP&A

Key requirements

  • 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience, preferably in SaaS/tech/high-growth
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with ability to translate data into insights
  • Experience supporting commercial/go-to-market, sales, marketing, or customer-facing orgs
  • Strong understanding of GTM metrics (pipeline, bookings, revenue, ROI, CAC, productivity, conversion rates)
  • Experience with BI, planning, and reporting tools (Salesforce, Workday, Oracle Hyperion/EPM, Power BI, Qlik)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with data-driven influence
