Construction Management Software Consultant

Overview

As a Software Consultant in ConTech, you guide major construction partners through digital transformation using Viewpoint for Projects, Field View and Projectsight. You’ll own project lifecycles from onboarding to adoption, aligning solutions with client needs across multi-million-pound builds. The role blends technical deployment with coaching, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable workflow improvements. You will build trusted relationships and help clients scale their use of Trimble’s construction software ecosystem. This is a hands-on, impact-focused opportunity at the intersection of construction and software adoption.

Responsibilities

• Tailor and deploy Viewpoint and Projectsight to client needs across projects
• Manage end-to-end onboarding, system setup, and process mapping with clear docs
• Deliver remote and onsite training to maximise software adoption
• Cultivate long-term partner relationships and act as client advocate
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget using a consultative approach

Key requirements

• Educational background or hands-on experience in construction, civil engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, or project management
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with strong outcomes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
