Overview

In this role you will lead a payroll transformation programme, guiding a team through end-to-end delivery. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure ownership of business outcomes and realized benefits, and apply best-in-class project management to drive sustainable cross-functional change. You will oversee governance to maintain appropriate oversight across releases, with a focus on digitalising payroll processes and payroll technology transformation. Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of a defined payroll project focused on digitalisation and technology transformation
• Create and maintain project artefacts (e.g., project plan, RAID logs) and provide status updates to governance forums
• Lead business discovery to determine feasibility of changes and create business cases with benefit tracking
• Deliver to agreed timelines and budget, adjusting plans as needed
• Act as first escalation point for project team and manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
• Ensure alignment with broader programme plans and adhere to planning/reporting standards
• Manage resource planning and capacity, taking corrective action as needed
• Monitor milestones and deliverables, manage dependencies with other waves/programmes
• Lead change-request assessment processes and conduct lessons learnt/post-implementation reviews
• Coordinate with Group People services for successful transition into service
