Wine Development Manager – Regional Growth & Training

St Austell Brewery is seeking a Wine Development Manager to drive profitable wine sales, secure new business, and grow existing accounts across the Dorset/Hampshire region. You will support Sales Development Managers and act as the region’s wine specialist, delivering expert advice, wine list development and training.

The role requires proven wine knowledge, 2+ years in commercial sales, strong relationship skills, and a full UK driving licence.
