NPD Lead, Factory Food Innovation

Lord Search & Selection is seeking an experienced NPD Food Technologist for a fast-growing food manufacturer in the Nottinghamshire area. The role focuses on developing new products from concept to launch, working closely with production teams, suppliers and customers to create innovative, commercially viable offerings.

You will manage product specifications, oversee trials and support transfers to full-scale production while upholding quality, safety and robust systems.
