Housing & Welfare Officer – Asylum Housing (Car)

Serco Limited seeks a Housing Officer in Nottingham East to support the Asylum Accommodation and Support Services. You will manage IA properties, perform monthly inspections, and provide welfare signposting to Service Users while maintaining safety and contractual compliance.

Role requires a valid UK driving licence, with a company car provided. You will handle inductions, respond to Service User requests and incidents, and ensure excellent service delivery within the AASC framework.
