Overview

In this F&B leadership role, you will manage day-to-day operations across all outlets and steer the F&B team to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will partner with kitchen and other departments to ensure food quality, service, and safety standards while driving profitability. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets
  • Lead and develop the F&B team to deliver excellent service
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Monitor guest feedback and address issues professionally
  • Manage staffing, rotas, attendance, and performance
  • Control costs related to food, beverage, labor, and operations
  • Track stock, purchasing, wastage, and inventory
  • Collaborate with kitchen to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and company policies
  • Assist in budgeting, revenue targets, and profitability
  • Support menu development, promotions, events, and new F&B initiatives
  • Build relationships with suppliers for value and reliability
  • Maintain clean, safe, and professional F&B environments
  • Ensure adherence to company standards across the team
  • Coordinate with senior management and other departments for smooth operations

Key requirements

  • Management experience in F&B, hospitality, or hotel settings
  • Strong leadership and team-management abilities
