Senior Assistant (Products/specialist), Financial Planning & Analysis, Enabling Functions

Overview

In this FP&A role, you will support the Executive Leadership with insightful financial analysis to inform commercial decisions. You’ll maintain master data and deliver month-end performance data, enabling cross-functional teams to act on accurate insights. You will partner with Product Owners, Enablement Leads, Controllers and Risk/Data teams to improve reporting and compliance. The role offers growth within a collaborative, inclusive finance function and exposure to wider FP&A projects in a top-tier professional services firm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master files underpinning Product reports and ensure timely data availability
• Produce month-end financial performance information and variance analysis
• Support Product Owners & Enablement Leads in FP&A activities
• Collaborate with Financial Controllers & Finance Business Partners for MI and revenue compliance
• Coordinate with Risk and Data teams to comply with data policies and maintain data integrity
• Identify process efficiencies and advance the existing reporting suite
• Manage relationships with the Global Finance Services reporting team to ensure timely, accurate reports
• Support wider FP&A projects as needed
