Bakery Shop Supervisor — Lead a Fast-Paced Team

Poundbakery in Rhyl is seeking a Shop Supervisor to lead daily operations in our busy Poundbakery shop. You will supervise a small team, ensure fast-paced service, maintain product quality, and deliver great value cakes, sandwiches and savouries to customers.

You will be on the shop floor, guide staff during shifts, help with opening and closing duties, and champion excellent customer experiences in a high street environment. Training and development opportunities are available.
