Maintain a professional security presence at the restaurant.
Monitor customers entering and leaving the premises.
Provide excellent customer service to customers and restaurant staff.
Manage queues and assist with maintaining an orderly environment.
Identify and manage potential conflict using appropriate de-escalation techniques.
Deal professionally with challenging or disruptive behaviour.
Assist restaurant management with closing procedures where required.
Monitor the immediate area and help prevent antisocial behaviour.
Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
Complete accurate incident reports when required.
Follow site assignment instructions, company procedures and Health & Safety requirements.
Liaise with restaurant management, emergency services and company management when necessary.
