Development Director: Strategy, Viability & Delivery

Turner & Townsend is seeking an enthusiastic Development Manager to lead mixed-use and office projects in the North West and internationally. You will provide strategic direction, help write business cases, manage viability and financial modelling, and act as the client lead through planning and into construction delivery.
