Residential Conveyancer – Buckingham

Overview

Long-established Buckinghamshire firm seeks an experienced residential conveyancer to join a busy, expanding team. You will manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, equity release, lifetime mortgages, remortgaging, buy-to-let, and transfers of ownership/equity. A minimum of two years’ conveyancing experience and strong client care are essential. The role offers a friendly, supportive, and progressive working environment with opportunities to contribute to growth.

Responsibilities

• Handle freehold/leasehold sales and purchases
• Assist with equity release and lifetime mortgages
• Manage remortgaging and Buy-to-Let transactions
• Process transfers of ownership/equity
• Work across a varied conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion

Key requirements
