Design & Change Programme Lead – Responsive Repairs
Up to £500 per day | 9-Month Interim Contract | Council | Social Housing
I’m currently recruiting for a senior Design & Change Programme Lead to join a Local Authority and lead a major organisational restructure within its Responsive Repairs service.
The programme will impact 300+ employees across a Direct Labour Organisation (DLO), making this a high-profile role requiring someone with strong experience across organisation design, restructuring, consultation and change delivery.
You’ll lead the programme from the initial Business Case and Case for Change through to organisation design, Trade Union consultation and implementation of the new structure.
Key requirements:
- Significant experience delivering large-scale restructures affecting 300+ employees.
- Strong social housing repairs and maintenance experience.
- Previous DLO and Local Government experience.
- Proven experience working within highly unionised environments and engaging with Trade Unions.
- Strong organisation design, workforce planning and consultation experience.
- Experience developing Business Cases and Cases for Change.
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent senior HR qualification.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Change, Organisation Design or Transformation professional to lead a major programme within a council’s Responsive Repairs service.
