Job Title: Day Technical Supervisor (HVAP)
Salary: £68,000 per annum
Location: Northolt, London

Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm
Job Summary
Were looking for a technically strong Technical Supervisor to lead a team of engineers within a critical data centre environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical or mechanical background, with previous experience as a Shift Engineer, Senior Engineer or Technician looking to take the next step into supervision.
HVAP experience is preferred but not essential, with training available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of engineers.
Oversee planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team.
Diagnose and assist with resolving technical faults and issues.
Ensure critical engineering systems are maintained safely and reliably.
Monitor maintenance activities to ensure they are completed to the required standards.
Requirements
Strong technical engineering background, preferably electrically biased.
Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical engineering qualification or equivalent.
Experience within a data centre, critical environment, FM or similar technical environment.
HVAP qualification preferred but not essential training will be provided for the right candidate.
Good knowledge of critical building services and engineering systems.
