Children’s Social Worker – Family Court Advocate

Cafcass in England is recruiting Family Court Advisers (FCAs), i.e. Children’s Social Workers, to support private and public law family court proceedings.

You will conduct high-quality assessments, engage with children, assess risk, and work with local authorities and professionals to resolve complex issues and promote better outcomes for children.

The role offers flexible working across offices in London or Croydon, home and court settings with supervision and ongoing learning.
