Facilities Mechanical Engineer — HVAC & Maintenance Expert

JLL is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support on-site maintenance of HVAC systems, pumps and motors in Reading. You will perform routine tasks, conduct preventative maintenance, diagnose faults and coordinate with teams to ensure continuous operations.

Ideal candidates have proven facilities management experience, strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work under pressure, with a proactive, collaborative approach to maintenance and safety compliance.
