Overview

In this role you join a specialist Data Protection team within a leading UK firm to advise on defamation, privacy and data protection disputes across multiple jurisdictions. You will manage matters from pre-action advice through litigation and settlement, and contribute to business development. You’ll handle GDPR-related issues, reputation management, and online content removal for a diverse client base. Responsibilities

• Advise on defamation, privacy, data protection disputes and related matters for a diverse client base
• Manage matters from pre-action to litigation and settlement across multi-jurisdictional disputes
• Handle GDPR compliance, reputation management, and online content removal
• Contribute to business development and client relationship building
• Support growth of a collaborative and forward-thinking team within a leading global firm

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with minimum 5 years PQE
• Experience handling defamation, reputation & privacy cases, confidentiality and data protection matters
• Excellent technical expertise and strong commercial awareness
• Ability to manage complex claims throughout the litigation lifecycle
