Overview

As a Fund Finance Associate/Senior Associate in a Top 20 City law firm, you will support lenders and borrowers across diverse fund structures, including co-invest and NAV/asset-backed arrangements. You will work within the firm’s dedicated fund finance team to deliver transactional advice and drive outcomes for high-calibre clients. Responsibilities

• Advise lenders and borrowers on fund finance transactions
• Handle a variety of fund structures, including co-invest and NAV/asset-backed financing
• Work within a top-tier, cross-functional finance team to manage deal cycles
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management
• Support senior lawyers in drafting and negotiating facility agreements and related documents

Key requirements

• 4-6 PQE
• E&W qualified
• experience advising lenders and borrowers in fund finance
• background in fund structures, co-invest, NAV/asset-backed financing
