In this role you will advise on complex real estate financings and development financings, including structured investments, on high-value, cross-border transactions. You work closely with market-leading Partners across an international network and contribute from an early stage on lender-side and sponsor-side matters. Responsibilities
- Advise on complex real estate financings, development financings and structured investments
- Handle both lender-side and sponsor-side transactions on high-value deals
- Collaborate with Partners and colleagues across the firm’s international network
- Contribute to multi-jurisdictional transactions and cross-border matters
- Take a visible role on transactions from an early stage
Key requirements
- Real estate finance experience at a top firm (City, international or US)
- 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (mid level)
- Experience with cross-border or multi-jurisdictional financings (advantageous)
