Production Line Lead – Food Safety & Quality

Rich’s, also known as Rich Products Corporation, is seeking a Production Line Operative to join our UK manufacturing team in Andover. You will work across shift patterns (0600-1400 / 1400-2200) to help deliver safe, high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include following health and safety rules, adhering to CCPs and quality standards, preventing waste, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
