Transitions Worker — Housing & Homelessness Support

Leicester City Council is hiring for a Homelessness Prevention and Support role. The post is full-time, 37 hours per week, with hybrid working between home and Leicester City Offices, offering a competitive salary £36,581 – £39,481 per year and a total benefits package.
