Hiring: Supply Officer

Location: Belfast – Onsite

Our client is looking for an experienced Supply Officer to manage supplier performance and support end-to-end supply chain operations within a fast-paced, digitally enabled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of suppliers and monitor performance.
• Anticipate supply chain risks and drive mitigation and recovery actions.
• Manage demand, forecasts, order books, and MRP master data.
• Challenge supplier performance and coordinate supplier working parties.
• Optimise ordering strategies and procured goods stock.
• Use data and digital tools to support supply chain decisions.
• Act as the first point of contact for operational supply chain queries.
• Work closely with Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
• Support supply chain and logistics transformation projects.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing Engineering, or Design Engineering.
• Strong MRP and SAP experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using digital tools and data management solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management and LEAN methodologies.
• Comfortable working with international/transnational suppliers.
• Flexible approach with willingness to travel.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
