In this Planning Manager role, you will shape integrated media strategies for high-profile clients, notably Sky Sports, translating objectives into impactful plans. You’ll own campaign delivery from briefing to optimization, building trusted client partnerships and identifying value-adding opportunities. You’ll collaborate across planning, activation, data, and supplier teams while coaching teammates and sharing best practices. Responsibilities
- Lead development of integrated media plans aligned with client objectives and measurable impact
- Own day-to-day campaign delivery from brief to execution and optimization
- Build trusted client partnerships and act as advisor across planning activity
- Identify proactive opportunities to strengthen performance and add value
- Collaborate with specialist teams, agency partners, and suppliers to deliver integrated solutions
- Coach and develop team members through feedback and development conversations
- Contribute to the wider agency community by sharing best practice and participating in industry initiatives
