Overview
In this field-based role, you drive biosimilar adoption and growth across NHS accounts in London and the South East, partnering with ICSs, NHS Trusts, and clinicians. You will develop strategic plans, lead stakeholder discussions, and support market access initiatives to improve patient access. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver sustainable territory growth and contribute to the biosimilars portfolio’s uptake within the NHS. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic territory and account plans
- Drive biosimilar adoption and sales performance
- Build and manage relationships with NHS stakeholders and decision-makers
- Support tender execution and local market access initiatives
- Deliver scientific and commercial product discussions
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing and Supply Chain
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ABPI/compliance
Key requirements
- Proven pharmaceutical Key Account Management experience
- Strong understanding of the NHS, procurement and tendering processes
- Experience engaging senior NHS stakeholders and specialist care accounts
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Degree in a science or healthcare-related discipline
- ABPI qualified, or willing to obtain
