Overview

In this role you will lead compensation and reward initiatives to attract, retain, and engage talent across the business. You’ll work closely with HR and senior leaders to shape pay, benefits, and global reward projects, using data to drive decisions. The position blends compensation focus with broader benefits work and international initiatives, offering ownership and cross-functional collaboration. This is a hybrid role in London with a strong emphasis on measurable impact and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual pay review cycles
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis
  • Provide reward insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders
  • Support job evaluations and pay structure reviews
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure data-driven and competitive reward decisions
  • Manage compensation-related reporting and analytics
  • Lead and support annual bonus and incentive plan processes
  • Support reward and benefits projects across the business
  • Contribute to pay transparency, pay equity, and reward governance initiatives
  • Collaborate with global reward teams on international initiatives
  • Assist with implementation of reward-related technology and process improvements
  • Drive communication and engagement around reward programmes

Key requirements

  • Strong compensation and reward experience gained in-house
  • Experience supporting or leading annual compensation review cycles
  • Knowledge of salary benchmarking methodologies and market data surveys
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear business insights
  • Experience managing stakeholders and influencing decision-making
