Retail Security & Facilities Manager (On‑Site)

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an experienced Retail Security Manager to oversee on-site Security, Cleaning and Maintenance teams at a major retail site in Sale. You will lead the Workplace Team and ensure efficient, compliant operations while maintaining records and SLA performance.

The role requires SIA Front Line and CCTV licences, plus facilities management experience. You will manage payroll, HR processes and respond to client queries with a strong service mindset.
