Education Site & Facilities Manager

The Heath Family Trust (NW) is recruiting an experienced Site Manager to lead day-to-day management of construction projects on site. Reporting to the Director of Infrastructure and the Trust Estates Manager, you will drive efficient facilities management and cost control.

You will oversee estates procurement, building and grounds maintenance, contractor liaison, health and safety coordination, and security to support the trust’s schools and operations across the region.
