You’ll be for a well known brand acting as the first point of contact for a range of customer queries. This is a temporary to permanent role so it’s a great chance to get your foot in the door with a global company.This is an on site role with potential to move to hybrid once you’re fully trained in the role.What’s on offer –Weekly pay every FridayOpportunity to secure a permanent contractAnnual bonus opportunitiesWorking for a well established, global organisationWhat you’ll be doing –Responding to customer queries over the telephone and via emailProviding an excellent level of service to all customersShow empathy and understanding to customersProcess customer orders and update records accuratelyDiscuss ad-ons and potentials to up sell where suitableWhat we’re looking for –Previous experience within a customer service roleContact centre experience is desirable but not essentialAbility to build rapport with customersComputer literate and confident using various IT systemsExcellent communication skillsHours of work –Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 7pm (rotating shift patterns)Saturdays : 8:30am – 5pmYou’ll be provided your rota in advance and a day off in lieu if scheduled to work a SaturdayWe are looking to speak to suitable candidates for September start dates!
