Overview

In this role you help Quilter reach and engage audiences across social, video, email and web channels. You’ll plan and execute social-first content and campaigns to support recruitment, lead generation and customer engagement. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll optimise performance and visibility through SEO, AEO and emerging AI-powered discovery. The position offers hands-on delivery, strategy input and ownership of key channels, including Quilter’s YouTube presence.

Responsibilities

  • Create and adapt social-first content across formats (social posts, video, YouTube descriptions, website content, articles, email)
  • Support adviser recruitment and customer acquisition through paid and organic social campaigns and other digital channels
  • Manage day-to-day social media delivery across platforms (planning, publishing, community management, performance optimisation)
  • Assist paid social advertising with channel expertise, audience insights and best-practice guidance to improve campaign performance
  • Utilise social media management tools to schedule, monitor and optimise activity
  • Plan and prioritise own workload with deadlines and stakeholder updates
  • Contribute to SEO, AEO and AI discovery initiatives to improve content performance
  • Collaborate with Marketing to plan targeted campaigns driving engagement, reach and lead generation
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on effective use of social media and digital content
  • Own Quilter’s YouTube channel including planning, publishing, governance and performance monitoring
  • Support website content creation, maintenance and optimisation aligned with audience needs and regulatory requirements
  • Work with marketing, communications, content and video teams on integrated campaigns across customer and adviser journeys
  • Monitor and analyse performance across paid/organic social and other channels to drive improvements
  • Build relationships with stakeholders as a trusted digital content and social media partner

Key requirements

  • Digitally-minded marketer with strong social media experience
  • Experience with paid social campaigns or advertising
  • Interest in adviser recruitment marketing and content that delivers measurable results
  • Experience managing social media channels and creating platform-appropriate content
  • Ability to adapt content for different platforms, audiences and campaign stages
  • Confident with website content and understanding of SEO principles, with interest in AI-driven search
  • Comfort with creating and optimising content for web, social, email and video
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership while involving others as needed
  • Experience creating content/campaigns for consumer or adviser audiences, especially recruitment or lead generation
  • Experience using paid social advertising tools and social media management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr) or similar, and CRM/email platforms
