Production Shift Technician: Automation & Process

TipTopJob in Rushden, Northamptonshire, is seeking a Production Shift Technician to join a busy manufacturing operation.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will support safe, efficient operation of production machinery, set up equipment, troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous improvement across the site. The role includes a continental shift pattern with 3 days on / 2 off and 12-hour shifts, and parking on site.
