Onboarding & Adoption Lead — Customer Success

Brightmine is seeking an Onboarding Customer Success Manager in London to guide new and existing customers through product implementations and ensure a smooth transition to ongoing account management.

Reporting to the Customer Success & Delivery leadership, you will deliver tailored onboarding, run training sessions, align customer needs with Brightmine’s data job matching taxonomy, and partner with Sales and Growth to drive adoption.
