Senior Proposals Manager — Hybrid, Winning Submissions

Willmott Dixon’s Midlands construction team in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Proposals Manager to lead the proposals process, overseeing bid teams and delivering high-quality submissions. This hybrid role combines remote and office-based working.

You will collaborate with preconstruction managers, bid managers and SMEs to develop winning strategies across Education, Leisure, Commercial, Healthcare, Defence and Blue Light sectors.
