Site Managers

Essential Criteria

• Construction Management or Civil Engineering Degree academic background.
• Site engineering experience.
• Experience working on construction projects from commencement through to completion on projects valued from approximately £5 million+.
• Experience coordinating internal and external trades on construction projects.
• Good IT skills and ability to use construction management software systems.
• Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Positive approach to quality, health & safety and team management.

Foreman

Essential Criteria

• Time served joiner or relevant construction trade background.
• Experience supervising trades or small site teams.
• Keen to progress into a foreman / leadership role
• Positive approach to quality, health & safety and site organisation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable

• Supervisor / Management CSCS or CSR safety card.(Training and support will be provided for the right candidates.)
