Overview

In this global CHRO role, you will lead the workforce strategy to enable business objectives across regions. You will be the trusted adviser to the CEO, Board, and executive team, shaping talent, succession, and leadership development at scale. You’ll oversee remuneration, executive compensation, and performance frameworks while managing global industrial relations and regulatory compliance. You will drive HR transformation, organisational design, and major change initiatives in a large, multinational industrial environment. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide people strategy and partner with cross-functional leaders to sustain operational excellence and employee development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global people and workforce strategy aligned to business objectives
  • Advise CEO, Board, and executive leadership team
  • Oversee global talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Lead remuneration, executive compensation, and performance frameworks
  • Manage global industrial relations, union engagement, and labour risk
  • Ensure compliance with diverse employment laws and regulatory environments
  • Drive organisational design, workforce planning, and HR transformation
  • Support major change initiatives including restructures and M&A activity
  • Build and lead a high-performing, geographically dispersed HR function

Key requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven HR leadership experience within large, complex organisations in industrial/manufacturing
  • Extensive global, multi-country experience
  • Strong background in industrial relations and regulated environments
  • Experience leading organisational transformation and integration
  • Demonstrated ability to influence Boards and executive leadership
