Production Leader

Overview

As Production Leader, you will drive flawless daily execution for 24/7 and Core teams and translate unit strategy into action. You will align resources, priorities, and performance with SQRE objectives, shaping a culture of safety, quality, reliability, and engagement. You will review KPIs, close gaps, and implement Lean improvements to elevate operational excellence. You’ll collaborate with Learning Facilitators, Stewardship Leaders, Asset Leaders, and Technology Leaders to remove barriers and develop the team. This role offers impact through continuous improvement and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate 24/7 and Core teams to follow the four core principles
• Execute the site plan and support daily operational excellence
• Review daily KPIs, identify gaps, and assign actions to close them
• Ensure availability of resources, raw materials, supplies, and technology
• Coordinate daily operations to meet SQRE goals
• Identify and implement process improvements using Lean techniques
• Partner with Learning Facilitators, Stewardship Leaders, Asset Leaders, and Technology Leaders to remove barriers
• Conduct walkthroughs, reinforce best practices, and escalate issues
• Maintain a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
