Overview
In this Growth Analyst role, you will drive data-informed marketing and product decisions across our multi-product app. You’ll shape acquisition efficiency and product innovation by delivering insights, maintaining LTV models, and overseeing attribution and experimentation. You’ll partner with product, growth, and engineering to ensure decisions are grounded in reliable data. This is a chance to influence growth at a fast-growing fintech scale-up and work on high-impact analytics that underpin customer value and engagement.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and refine customer lifetime value models across products and channels
- Analyze marketing campaign performance across channels to identify optimization opportunities
- Structure high-impact analyses in acquisition funnels to inform spend and product evolution
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and cohort studies
- Translate experiment results into actionable recommendations
- Contribute to data architecture and schema design to enable deeper insights
- Build scalable data pipelines and transformations to improve data interpretability and team agility
- Drive channel optimization recommendations and marketing spend decisions
- Partner with Product Managers and Credit Managers to align roadmap and credit assessments with analytics
Key requirements
- 3+ years in data analytics in a product-led or high-growth tech environment
- Expertise in LTV modelling, cohort analysis, and regression techniques
- High proficiency in SQL and Python or R
- Experience with DBT and data modelling best practices
- Strong background in experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, causal inference)
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured, data-driven insights
