In this role, you will shape Pigment’s brand into a clear, compelling force that resonates with customers and stakeholders. You’ll partner with senior leadership to evolve the brand strategy, ensuring a distinct point of view across all touchpoints. You’ll lead the in-house creative team and manage agency relationships, driving high-quality, scalable output using AI where it adds value. The position offers impact at scale in a fast‑growing SaaS environment and a chance to define how Pigment is perceived in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CMO and leadership to evolve brand strategy
  • Translate strategy into engaging stories and customer experiences
  • Own and maintain Pigment’s visual and verbal brand identity across all touchpoints
  • Oversee naming, nomenclature, and a cohesive brand system across products
  • Create brand narratives and campaigns that emotionally connect with users
  • Lead in-house creative team, setting quality standards and career development
  • Hands-on contribution to campaign assets and brand narratives when needed
  • Implement AI-driven efficiencies in the creative workflow without compromising quality
  • Manage agency and freelance relationships for strategy and execution
  • Define and track brand health metrics (distinctiveness, awareness, branded search)

Key requirements

  • 10 years of brand strategy experience (in-house or agency)
  • At least 3 years owning brand direction at a company with a defined visual identity
  • Experience in high-growth B2B or SaaS with personal brand work included
  • Ability to distill complex products into clear narratives for designers and executives
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and collaborate with creative leads
  • Direct experience leading and developing in-house designers
  • Track record of managing creative agency relationships
  • Experience building or revamping creative review and approval processes
  • Hands-on AI fluency in a creative workflow
