Older Persons Community Mental Health Nurse

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Community Mental Health Nurse for the Poole Community Mental Health Team for Older Persons. The role focuses on continuity of care and supporting individuals with severe mental illness in both inpatient and community settings.

You will manage a defined caseload within an established MDT, develop your clinical assessment skills and work flexibly to meet service needs. DBS checks are required and sponsorship considerations are noted.
