Relief Social Care Worker Flexible Hours – Supported Living

Shetland Islands Council is seeking Relief Social Care Workers to support adults with learning disabilities or autism in Lerwick. You will help individuals live independently, assist with daily living activities and meaningful tasks, and work as part of a team to ensure high-quality care while respecting dignity.

The role emphasises compassionate practice, with opportunities for training and development. PVG checks and SSSC registration are required, with driving often beneficial.
