Senior Finance Analyst

Overview

In this role you will support the B2B FP&A function by delivering high-quality reporting, insightful analysis, and robust forecasts to senior leaders. You will partner with cross-functional teams to understand P&L drivers and drive profitability. The position focuses on month-end reporting, forecast input, and efficiency improvements using AI-enabled tools. Responsibilities

• Own the division’s month-end reporting to senior management and finance peers
• Deliver insightful analysis to identify long-term risks and opportunities and maximize profitability
• Input and coordinate the monthly forecast submissions for the Corporate Finance team
• Business partner with Commercial Finance, Sales, Revenue Optimisation, and product/technology teams for deep P&L analysis
• Own and coordinate forecast submission into Oracle Cloud with finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Challenge forecast assumptions to ensure robust planning and identify key sensitivities
• Streamline existing processes to increase efficiency with cross-functional buy-in
• Support ad-hoc reporting and presentations for departmental needs
• Prepare forecast summary presentations highlighting key movements for senior management
• Utilize AI and reporting tools to improve data accuracy and commentary

Key requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent)
• BA/BSc 2:1 or above from an accredited university
• Experience in providing analysis and insights to stakeholders in a fast-paced global environment; FP&A preferred
• Proven ability to handle forecasting, analysis, and management reporting
• Strong Excel skills with large and complex data sets
• Professional, proactive attitude and strong time management and communication skills
• Experience with Oracle Cloud and Looker (or similar BI tools) a plus
