Key Account Manager

Overview

In this role, you nurture strategic client relationships and drive revenue within Papaya Global’s enterprise accounts. You collaborate with the Account Management Regional Lead to grow partnerships and contribute to proposals and RFPs. You’ll use AI-enabled tools to enhance planning, communications, and efficiency, while delivering proactive service and business reviews. The position sits in Revenue, with a hybrid work setup, offering meaningful impact in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and partnerships, coordinating with internal teams to resolve escalations and meet SLAs
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and support implementation of new solutions to drive revenue growth
• Deliver exceptional service through proactive issue resolution and regular business reviews to align with client priorities
• Support RFPs/RFIs by contributing to proposals and participating in customer presentations alongside Sales
• Achieve individual and team KPIs, monitor account health, and identify risks and opportunities with proactive mitigation
• Leverage AI tools to enhance account planning, customer communications, business reviews, risk identification, and operational efficiency
• Optimize account management processes using playbooks and feedback to drive improvements and outcomes

Key requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management
• Bachelor in Business (or related field)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of Payroll, HRIS, or Fintech industries
• Proficiency with CRM software, project management tools, and AI-powered productivity solutions
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve engagement, analysis, and efficiency
• Client-focused with strong organizational and time management skills
