As a Key Account Manager at ShopperTrak, you will manage a portfolio of strategic retail accounts and drive commercial growth through data-driven solutions. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, collaborate cross-functionally, and identify opportunities to expand footprint and wallet share. You’ll focus on high-potential named accounts to deliver revenue, profitability, and retention objectives while shaping long-term partnerships. Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic ShopperTrak customer accounts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop and execute account growth plans aligned to objectives
- Drive customer retention by delivering value from ShopperTrak solutions
- Identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts with additional products and services
- Lead commercial discussions, renewals, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with sales, operations, customer success, and technical teams to deliver outcomes
- Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and account reporting
- Maintain understanding of retail trends, challenges, and competitive developments
Key requirements
- Proven experience in Key Account Management, Account Management, or Strategic Sales
- Strong commercial acumen with renewals and growth management
- Demonstrated success in customer retention and revenue expansion
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management
- Ability to influence senior decision-makers
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
