Overview

Enthusiastic planning professional role focused on delivering value through robust project schedules. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain multi-project schedules, ensuring baselines, critical paths, and timely reporting align with client objectives. The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain schedule integrity and drive project outcomes. This is a hands-on position in a growth-oriented firm with a clear 2025 vision.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning sessions and workshops with clients and vendors to build master schedules and baselines
  • Plan, develop and execute construction schedules with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain detailed construction programs using Primavera P6 and Tableau for multi-project environments
  • Incorporate vendor and contractor inputs into planning systems and ensure schedule feedback
  • Implement scheduling strategy and ensure alignment of roles/responsibilities between company and contractors
  • Interface with project managers, construction firms and subcontractors to maintain schedule integrity
  • Prepare progress reports and look-ahead schedules (1, 3, 6 months) for reporting
  • Perform probabilistic, critical path and schedule risk analyses
  • Identify deviations, bottlenecks and propose corrective actions to minimize variance
  • Monitor potential issues impacting schedule and communicate impacts to stakeholders

Key requirements

  • Proven ability to translate data into corrective actions using facts from multiple sources
